What is Therapy?
Therapy is a collaborative process by which we explore life's meaning, experience, and purpose. By choosing to dedicate time and energy to uncovering areas that are blocked or unfulfilling you are setting out to improve your own life and the lives that you touch by your presence. As a therapist, I have the privilege to assist people on this journey toward a more fulfilling life. Engaging in therapy can be a difficult decision and it is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed by asking for help. Creating a safe environment for you to delve into this important process is my number one priority.
